Indian Cricketer’s Salary – List of BCCI Contracted Players

Recently Board of Cricket Control in India (BCCI) announced annual player’s contract list for 2017. As per the new contract list issued by the Committee of Administrators (COA), there are 7 players in Grade A, which was 4 in number from earlier contracts. While Indian captain Viral Kohli, dashing MS Dhoni, Bowler Ashwin, Middle wall Ajinkya Rahane maintained their spots in Grade A, Jadeja, Murali Vijay and Chateshwar Pujara are the new entries into Grade A  section.

It’s big and successful Jump for Jadeja, All rounder from Grade C to Grade A.

The Annual retainer amounts were increased for all categories, in which Grade A players will be paid Rs 2 Crore per annum, Grade B will be paid Rs 1 Crore per annum and Grade C will be paid Rs 50 Lakh per annum, which is double the amounts paid that in earlier years, COA added.

Left handed all rounder Suresh Raina, who was in Grade B last year, has got no contract this time. Off spinner Harbhajan singh removed from the list. Yuvraj Singh has retained his place with Grade B Contract.
