Could you briefly tell us about the Founders?
We have been doing the job in the nationalized pharmaceutical company & in 2014 we decided to start our venture related to health products specially Nutraceuticals. During the initial 2 years, we got a good revenue & we constantly developed our brand value, so by the mid of 2016 we started Dreamz Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. Latter got many recognitions & certifications like StartUp India, Food safety & standardization authority, Import export council & International Standardization. We were always being working with the vision of how to enhance to reachability of Health products to the remotest of the areas in India, this notion led us to the foundation of Pharmacyonnet.com
Now in Pharmacyonnet.com, we sell more than 8000+ verified & trusted health products & with over 150 Vendors Pan India dealing in Health-related products
How did you come up with the idea?
Nowadays, giant marketplaces are selling everything (not any specialization) & flooding the markets with more than 100% cash back, impractical discounts & what not. At pharmacyonnet.com we strictly focus on health-related products, especially organic products. We are also incorporating imported & revolutionary products on our portal, it not only hikes the standards but also give us the monopoly in the market. Honestly speaking everyone is our competitor in any of the ways, but still, we focus ourselves on the mission we have been working on.
Brief about your startup
We have 2 companies, the first one is Dreamz Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited & Second one is FirstRate Etails Private Limited. Dreamz Nutrition & Pharmaceuticals Private Limited (DNPL) was incorporated in 2016 & currently deals in Ethical Pharmaceuticals marketing & Promotions. Earlier Pharmacyonnet.com was running under DNPL, but by the end of 2017, we shifted our online business under FirstRate Etails Private Limited. Pharmacyonnet.com is an online healthcare store that caters to your littlest of needs covering organic grocery, imported & gourmet food items, household items, mother & baby range, personal care products for men & women, wellness items related to sports & fitness, health supplements, anti-aging products, herbal & organic products to plenty of solutions for any healthcare issues 10,000+ products and more than 80,000 satisfied customers, that too in a very short time, we cover PAN India and initiates to reach to the remotest of the areas in the country. Our product partners and products, of course, are carefully analyzed on the parameters of being trustworthy and 100% genuine
Who is your Targeted audience?
As we deal in Health & Wellness, our target audience is everyone. We deal in Mother & baby segment, Healthcare, Wellness, Personal care & Organic grocery. We also deal in Fitness & health devices, from a newborn to the senior person we deal in each and every segment of Health.
What type of strategies do you think is valuable to take the company to the next level?
We are having a good & consistent vision regarding our goal & our ambitious team is all geared up for the competitiveness and challenges in the prevailing market, we want to be at the top notch is our horizontal & that within a period of 2 to 3 years. We want many mergers and associations in the field of health & wellness. We are about to start our marketing cell for Funding & associations since we are bootstrapped and need more resources to get into the mainstream of promotions & endorsements. Further, we planned to hire more & more skills and talented candidates.
Tell us about your amazing team members?
Our founder & Director is Gyaan Dixit; the other Director is Mr. Gaurav Dixit. The B2B team is led by (Mrs.) Aarti Dixit, in her team there 3 managers with subsequent senior executives & executives. We have the most promising B2B relation manager Ms. Shraddha Tripathi & Senior executive, Ms. Arshiya Khan. Our Technical team is under 3 Major heads led by Ms. Radhika Gupta & Mr. Apar Awasthi. Our Category manager is Mr. Akash Mishra. Few of our most promising team members are Mr. Anjani Pander, Mr. Sandeep Singh, Ms. Deeksha Maurya, Ms. Anamika, Himanshi, Ritika & few more.
What is the big picture of your company?
We are very much focused and dedicated towards the expansion of our business & tor the same we are going to start the process of fund generation from the market & financial institutions. Our strategy is to sync the existing health segment & became the biggest platform for selling health products online in India. Further, we want to open our storefronts for the offline market by the mid of 2020. We are also trying our best to start manufacturing of generic, branded & herbal medicines.
What is your best motivation line that inspires you?
Though doing business in India is still a hard nut to crack & being an honest and loyal business it is even more depressing to see the wrong business getting more benefits than the deserving one. But still fighting against all the odds and finding our way towards our destination is always what we are working for. My inspiration is the people & family associated with us & when we see so much responsibility on us we always try to fight much harder with all the positive approach. My mantra is to “Never Quit”
